Tour Program
Day 1
At your arrival to the Hideaway Lodge you will be welcomed with a refreshing tropical cocktail. Check in at this beautiful lodge. At around 6:00 pm with your flashlight at the ready and your senses heightened, you'll start your guided walk to connect with the hidden world of the rainforest. For dinner, enjoy a delightful meal at Kantala, an open-air space restaurant surrounded by gardens and the enchanting sounds of rainforest life.
Day 2
After breakfast, start your guided tour to the Tenorio Volcano National Park, featuring the breathtaking Rio Celeste River. After the tour, at your convenience, you will have the time to take a soothing 60-minute relaxation massage to enhance your retreat experience. At night you will enjoy dinner at Kantala with a bottle of wine included.
Day 3
After breakfast, enjoy an exciting tubing ride along Rio Celeste. Class I-II rapids will have you floating along calm, temperate waters while taking in the stunning beauty of the Río Celeste River and its backdrop of tropical forest. On your return, lunch will be served at Kantala Restaurant. Around 4:30 pm you will visit the Tapir Valley where you will follow fresh tapir tracks that wander into the forest while observing other amazing wildlife. Dinner at the lodge.
Day 4
Breakfast at the lodge. End of services.
